How does Toshiro's Bankai actually work after the TYBW reveal?
I thought his Bankai was just 'make ice wings and a dragon' and the petals meant he was on a timer. Then the last anime cour drops and suddenly he turns into an adult and the petals were never a countdown?? Can someone spell out what changed without…
